What we collect, who handles it, and how to ask us to delete it.

The short version
NJ Living Hub is an information site. You can read it without giving us anything. We collect personal information only when you submit one of two forms, described below.
Find a local expert form
What we collect: whether you want an agent, a lender or both; your name; your email; your phone number (optional); your message; and the town page you were on. If you open the form from the monthly cost calculator, it also sends the calculator values: price, down payment, rate, loan term, commute station, estimated monthly total, and the page you came from.
What happens to it: the form is sent to our team by email. A local real estate professional or partner may contact you about your request. That is what the consent box on the form covers.
Newsletter signup
The newsletter form collects your email address. We use it to send NJ town data and market updates. To stop getting them, ask us to remove you using the steps under Deletion below.
Netlify Forms
Both forms are handled by Netlify Forms, which receives and stores the submissions for us and sends us the email notification. Netlify also hosts this site. See the Netlify privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate page views and page speed. It does not use cookies. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own.
Links to other sites
Pages link to the publishers of the data we cite. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Deletion and questions
To ask us to delete what you sent, or to be removed from the newsletter, use the Find a local expert form. Write “Delete my data” in the message and give the email address you used. We will act on it and reply to that address.
Changes
If this page changes, the date above changes.
